The first post-credits scene takes us back to the Kord family estate's Blue Beetle HQ, where Jenny Kord, Jaime's friend and ally, receives a shocking message from her father Ted Kord, the second Blue Beetle who was presumed dead years ago. Ted Kord, whose face is obscured by static, tells Jenny that he is still alive and that he needs her help.

 This scene sets up a potential sequel for Blue Beetle, where Jaime and Jenny will try to find Ted and uncover the mystery of his disappearance and survival.
